The carpet was sticky, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Shower pressure was great, but I definitely expected more from the housekeeping service. The front desk staff could have been friendlier too, especially in the evenings. This place has potential but really needs improvement in housekeeping and room maintenance to match the nice location.
